Support - Who Can Use The Tickets

Who can use Vet Tix Tickets?

All tickets claimed through Vet Tix must be used by either the Vet Tix member, their immediate family, or if the veteran/service member of the account is attending an event they may bring a friend.

 

What if I cannot attend the event?

If you claim tickets, you are expected to attend the event.  Too many unused tickets will cause your account to be suspended.
DO NOT SELL YOUR TICKETS! This will cause termination of your account!

Once our system has assigned tickets to you, we cannot transfer or re-assign tickets. 

If you are not able to attend the event, you may be able to transfer your tickets to another veteran/service member depending on your ticket delivery method.  
Print at Home Tickets: Possible to hand these to another troop or veteran. Make sure they DO NOT sell the tickets.
Shipped to Door:        Possible to hand these to another troop or veteran. Make sure they DO NOT sell the tickets.
Will Call Tickets:         Tickets are non-transferable.  These must be picked up with your ID at the venue.
3rd-Party Tickets:       Tickets are non-transferable.


You may visit your My Current Requests page to see more details about the current state of the event, including more details on the possbility of transfering your tickets depending on delivery type as well as a possible refund depending on if tickets have already been assigned to you.
